  We love the option of being able to choose your own vehicle. We also like the vehicles that are available National always leaves us a customer service card where we can get in touch with someone if we have questions or issues.

  I rented a vehicle from a different location and it started having issues. I called roadside, they said to bring it to the airport and it'll be exchanged for a vehicle of the same class. Indrove through the storm and made it tonthe airport, just for them to tell me they were over booked and "the customer service has no authority over our inventory." I called them back, they said it will he escalated and a supervisor will be in contact with me within a few minutes. 30 minutes later, nothing. I called back, they tell me to return the car and Uber home... they want me to stand in the rain and wait for an Uber and cancel my vacation, what kind of bull is that?! The rental was for a whole week, not a 1 day thing... im still waiting on a call back, and it's 45 minutes in since they claim to be enterprise
