  The folks here are always nice, and haven’t had an issue with the service itself, but it’s happened multiple times that they’ve said they’ve called me about something when they haven’t. They seem to be disorganized and not talk much to one another, which has led to issues from smaller things like me never getting notified my car is ready, to them being confused about what services I’ve had and having to wait for them to figure it out at checkout, to really inconvenient stuff like today, with it taking over 24 hours for a battery replacement. Had an appointment at 3:30, called this morning and asked to move it up to 11am and they said they could. Drop the car off at 11. They don’t look at it until 2:30. They call me, I call right back and sign off on the work (a battery change and alignment.) Hear NOTHING from them. My partner goes to pick up the car at 6, they say they called me and I didn’t call back (did not happen) and now my car won’t be done until 11:30 tomorrow. I was fine with paying slightly higher prices because they used to be so quick and convenient and save me a headache. This has been my go to spot since 2021 but I think I will change after yet another disappointment on the communication front.

  We blew two tires on a pothole, and in addition needed our tire sensors replaced, and our alignment adjusted. The team was responsive, professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and stress-free—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

  I came in there to get a tire put on. I showed up early for my appointment thinking there’d be a long wait which wasn’t a problem whatsoever. I was out of there in 45 minutes and on my way. I appreciate the sense of urgency and the overall incredible customer service.
