The employees were very friendly but what I didn’t understand was I paid for the jiffy lube signature oil change which is a package deal but i didn’t receive everything that was included on the list which i feel is false advertisement. don’t really know if they even top up coolant because I just had it top off but they said it was low I just paid and left

I’ve been going there for over 10 years until recently my recent visit I was a little disappointed normally I didn’t mind getting out the car to walk around to the waiting area to wait to be serviced because I was smoking cigarettes then and it wasn’t raining. I was a little upset this time considering that it was raining I was asked to get out my vehicle to walk around in the rain to sit in the waiting area then later saying I’m allow someone else in through the vehicle inspection area. I’ve always liked this Jiffy Lube while I travel far at times just to use their services because I like their services so I wouldn’t recommend not going to this Jiffy Lube but I would definitely recommend you all changing that line of service where you making people walk around the building to go to the waiting area because I’m not getting younger and I do not want to get wet or being in the cold just to get my oil changed so I might not be doing services there anymore, but I would recommend anybody else too because they do get the job done
- JSjenai smithApr 28, 20263.0I’ll give the experience 3 stars only because I wasn’t there my daughter was and we’ve both had horrible experiences with this particular jiffy line good and bad. The bad out weighed the good and we normally just go to Walmart because the price is cheaper, they do more for less and they’ve never caused any damage on my vehicles. My trust is with them at this point but I used to be a faithful customer until it seemed as if yall started hiring anyone and they started being negligent causing damages under my hood then my daughters. After that I, kept hearing horror stories about this particular location. I was in dyer need of and oil change reason my car was brought there on that day. I’m not a fan of having to check behind people to make sure the job was done right with no mishaps nor worrying about what issue may incur after a simple oil change.
