I came in knowing one of my rear lights was out, so when they mentioned it, I told them to just replace it. But instead of charging me the $16, they actually checked it and realized it was just dislodged. They fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty is rare, most places would’ve just replaced it and moved on. They also didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I really appreciate businesses that operate with integrity. I’ll definitely be coming back!
