  Was coming here for 2 yrs until this poorly ran horribly situated carwash started damaging my vehicle. 2018 lincoln Mkx . Was damaged on two occasions. I should've canceled my subscription after the first issue when the wash shingles got caught on my rear window panel and broke the panel that keeps the bak window intact. They claim they investigated the issue and came to the non transparent decision to deny my claim saying my car was damaged before, I came in. It was a simple fix so I did it myself. 2nd and final damage and claim was where I went through may 1st 2026 at the harlem and 54th location summit/ chicago and drove through and got to the rinse part coming out the shingles and I heard a pop . I looked back to se what the Noise was and I didn't see anything until I got out of the car in by the vacuums and notice the rear brake light attached to the spoiler was broken just above the the rear window. Made the claim on sight with some teenage kid that really didn't know much. Followed up that Monday they said the were still undergoing an investigation and they'll notify me through email. Stopped in on May 6th at 9am to see what was going on still nothing. Not until that same evening I get an email denying my claim I will be elevating this to my insurance to handle this because this bullshit business won't take any accountability for damaging my car. My car is 8 yrs old still beautiful with less than 50k miles there's no way I'm accepting that . This place is notorious for people having accidents with how it's situated o e way in and one way out. People getting rear ended going in and getting T boned coming out. subscription for two and a half yrs. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

  Buen el servicio pero para cancelar la membresida es un robo de cancala hay mismo asi pague el mes hay mismo el día 5 de cada mes y al 10 ya no lo puedes usar y siguen cobrando sin poder usar el servicio
