Chargers are on the 4th floor, just off the ramp. There's a 90 minute limit with either a Whole Foods validation ($10 minimum purchase) or by using the EVgo App session or session email (but you're out of luck if you don't have an EVgo membership).
There's a $2.99 service fee for the session for non-members. For the old Chevy Volt I'm using, it will take about an hour to get 60% of the battery recharged.
It could be worse. This is in a covered location and if you're here during Whole Foods operating hours (8 am - 10 pm) you can go in to purchase food and use the bathroom.
In total there are four spots with 8 charging cords. The area is well lit.

Was able to charge around 30% in about 20 min but need an EVgo membership or you get charged a $3 session fee. Total cost came out to $19.
charger goes at 100 kwh and is located on the fourth floor, free parking with whole foods $10 purchase and they validate at the service desk

Scammy. It was the nearest charger my car took me to. It was around midnight and I had to charge somewhere. They lure you in but only to find out that you need to pay a $50 parking fee on your way out, even though I only went in to charge and go. I do not recommend and I wonder if one should report this scam.
