The staff here make it truly painless to rent a car. They are quick, friendly and competent. They always have cars. In a city where customer service is generally poor, it is truly refreshing to see this place functioning seamlessly with staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and provide excellent customer service. Kudos to the manager for assembling a great team here.
- UMUrsula MartensApr 10, 20265.0I recently got a ding in my car and I needed a reliable vehicle for the weekend.I had a lot of deliveries for my job and Elias was able to get me from the car shop and into the right vehicle for my weekend needs. Although my insuranc only covered an economy vehicle then gave me the flexibility to change vehicles seamlessly after the weekend. Small gestures like the complementary pickup and drop off saved me the cost of the Uber ride and the rental prices were quite reasonable considering how inflation has raised everything else. If I need another vehicle to add to my fleet for deliveries. I'll know where to rent one, or buy. Turns out they sell vehicles they are weening off their own fleet, neat. If you're in the area and you need a ride. Their daily rates are quite fine and I enjoyed being a Jeep Girl for a hot minute.
