I unfortunately did not get the name of the first agent I worked with at pickup but at drop off Benji was extremely kind and I greatly appreciate the quality of service at this location.

I was sent to this location for an insurance rental and the manager was very rude, condescending, and showed zero remorse for their mistake. My insurance company made my reservation for Saturday afternoon- I called early Saturday & advised when I would be picking up my rental & was told that’s okay . When I arrived, the manager Benjamin, said “did I call you? Did I let you know your car was available? I wasn’t expecting you until Monday & wasn’t calling you until then”. He also said my vehicle would be $30 more per day, although my insurance company pays $50 per day, and offered me a small 2-door vehicle for $49 per day. I will NEVER go to this location again & I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I contacted my insurance company & they also stated they will no longer send insureds to this location. If you want quality service, I recommend the South Loop location.
