    Better car, bumper broken , sensors not working. Many lights flashing. Windshield wipers were terrible. Could hardly see had to pull off the road for a few because wiper blades were so bad it just smears. Car was filthy dirty like they didn’t clean it from the previous renters. Also felt very rushed sals rep rushed me off d/t them closing soon

    Rental process and return was easy at the Grand Ave location in Chicago. I appreciate the after hours return. I took off a Star off because the car was filthy. Lots of dirt and mud on the floorboards and crumbs in the console. It appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. I have rented from this location in the past and didn’t experience this so hopefully just a fluke.

    This was an easy and affordable option for renting a car for a day while staying in downtown Chicago. NP wait, no hassle, just the location is a little tucked away and hard to find. Nick and Matt were very attentive and helpful and provided EXCELLENT service. Thank you!
