  I had a wonderful experience while renting a car with Enterprise. The great customer service I received from Ivan Wilson and Stephanie Parker was outstanding. Both of these individuals demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I know that both of these individuals would be an asset to your company and would hope that they be considered for advancement within the company. I look forward to using Enterprise in the near future for all of my rental car needs.

  Don't rent from this location. Had a reservation set for over a week, came in today for a 5:30pm pickup, and had to wait (not the issue). But when 7:05pm comes, I am told that they don't have the size car I requested, there was no other car that they could rent out besides a minivan, and nothing else they could do. Second time in 8 days that I have had to walk away from this location without a rental from a reservation.

  I have been an enterprise plus member for many years. The experience here at this location was very exciting because the staff has been very helpful in making sure that my needs were meet above and beyond.

  Writing this review took great strength but I would like to share some clarity. My car was stolen in March 2026, and as a traveling teacher who works with children with disabilities, reliable transportation is essential. My insurance sent me to Enterprise, even though I normally rent with Budget or Alamo. The vehicle I received had an overwhelming marijuana odor that lingered on my clothes for days, though the agent at pickup was professional and apologetic Didn’t prepare me for what I was going to encounter. Because I had to leave the country, I returned the car early on March 22 and parked it in Enterprise’s lot. A friend later dropped the keys at the Roosevelt location after being advised by a supervisor at the Michigan Avenue location. Despite this, Enterprise claimed the keys were never received and charged my account for multiple extra days, days when I did not have the vehicle. The lack of communication between the two locations left me stranded at the airport and unable to secure another rental. When I spoke with supervisor Alex at the Michigan location, I was told nothing could be done. My insurance later discovered that additional days were added to my reservation from dropping off the car on the 22nd they closed the reservation on the 25th then reopen it to extend it to the 28th. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I cannot ignore how differently I felt treated throughout this process Because I was a woman. I hope anyone reading this is aware that Enterprise’s customer service and accountability may fall short, and there are other rental companies that provide far better care.
