    Pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. Very efficient and quick. Didn't have to stand there for half hour waiting. Vehicle was exceptionally clean with a full tank of gas. Will definitely use them again.

    I requested a toll pass in my initial reservation. Western Ave location forgot to include that in my actual reservation and final bill. They did not ask me during pick up or drop if I wanted a toll pass. Now I'm getting a bill from Enterprise for tolls PLUS $25 admin citation fee. So much runaround trying to get this fee removed. Edit in response to Drew: What part of runaround do you not understand? I have had phone calls with the local Western Ave staff, Enterprise corporate toll/citation department, and Enterprise corporate customer service. The problem is still TBD and unresolved. Even if/when this does get resolved, I have zero intention of upgrading my 1 star review as Enterprise has put me through too much nonsense trying to figure out what's going on. This company is a game of "who's on first". This problem NEVER should have happened in the first place.
