  Their sales staff is horrible! Went to buy a car at this location and was constantly given the run around! BEWARE! Once you sign the paperwork, you will be pushed to the side!

  After 20 years and having bought a few cars. That was the best experience I've had buying a car. Complaining about the prompt service appointment at 1pm. They weren't late. Complaining about how they didn't even make me wait 5,10 fifteen minutes. Nope. Shame on me for not remembering the name of the professional, well spoken, and very quick thinking black manager. That scoop me from my chair to immediately acknowledge me walking through the entrance. Greated instantly upon entering establishment by another black professional male. Acknowledge instantly even though he was with CST. Complaining instantly like i though I was gonna get a bathroom break first. Who immediately acknowledge me and the wife. Yes she was also treated kindly. Stephen was just patient, intelligent, thoughtful as well thorough. Explained everything so it was understood. Definitely someone you want to acknowledge for the passion shone during questions and explanation. Listen to me I came to test drive. I never felt like i couldn't leave. Or was coached into a vehicle. Didn't show me a vehicle out of my range. There was never a time I felt any pressure nor did i feel like i didnt have control. They asked then delivered.   Do not buy from here they sold me a bad car 2 wks after I bought it CVT light (transmission issue) started coming on not even a month with the car and is on the shop going on for a week. Very disappointed with the purchase.

  I recently purchased a vehicle through Enterprise, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with DeVaughn. From the moment we began the process, he treated me with an incredible level of kindness, patience, and professionalism. Buying a car can feel like a very overwhelming decision, and I tend to take my time when making big choices. DeVaughn recognized that immediately and handled everything with such care. Instead of making me feel rushed or pressured, he actually went out of his way to reassure me that I should move at whatever pace felt right for me. At one point he even took the time to text me just to emphasize that he didn’t want me to feel overwhelmed or pressured in any way. That level of thoughtfulness is incredibly rare and meant so much. What made the experience even more special was how genuine and human our conversations were. We bonded over family, including talking about how I’m a bit of a daddy’s girl and hearing how much he loves his daughter. It was such a small moment, but it spoke volumes about the kind of person he is. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just the sale. DeVaughn went far above and beyond what I expected from a car buying experience. His patience, communication, warmth, and integrity made the entire process feel comfortable and positive from start to finish. People like him are the reason customers come back and recommend a company to others. Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have someone like DeVaughn on their team. If you get the chance to work with him, you will be in the absolute best hands. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel supportive, easy, and genuinely enjoyable.
