I say, “I’ve got a car with a flat tire and I think I need to replace it.” They take a look, call back and say “We patched it up but it’s got good tread and wasn’t a big problem so we don’t think you need a new tire at this point.” They could easily have gotten a few hundred bucks out of me if they wanted. Instead, they got a loyola customer. Good dude’s. One man’s opinion.

I have never in my life gotten more transparency about the evaluation and work mechanics are doing on my car -- they send a huge report to you with pictures and videos of all the parts inside your vehicle! You receive this full report and ONLY THEN do they ask what work you want done, only when you've had the chance to talk with them and make the most informed decision. These guys clearly care about the work and their customers and are a staple of the Logan Square/Humboldt neighborhoods. WE LOVE ZEPADA!

I had to get suspension work done on my car and when I dropped the car off for diagnostics they were unable to do everything they needed to do because of my car. Instead of selling me on other things or charging me for the diagnostics — they were so honest and told me what was wrong and what was best for me and my car. And they didn’t even charge me. Very happy with the service and expertise. Good honest and knowledgeable people working there!
