They noticed my engine light was on and did a diagnostic, they replaced my windshield wipers and headlight to make sure I didn’t get pulled over. They are great and would definitely recommend them.
- LVlady veronicaNov 28, 20255.0My 25 year old SUV was overheating when I went up hills or drove for more than 45 minutes on flat surfaces. I had a feeling it was that the coolant needed to be flushed since it was NEVER flushed in all of its 25 years. This was simply a 'guesstimate' of mine so I decided to take it to the nearest place that was not busy. It was the awesome Ricardo who serviced my truck. I described the problem and he said he could not guarantee a flush would work but if I wanted to try it, they could accommodate. When he went under the hood, he showed me all this gunk that was clogging the entire hose and radiator. He not only flushed the radiator as requested but cleaned the hoses and all that yukky goo! He noticed the radiator was new (I bought it last year) and said the people who installed it did not clean the hoses!!! I appreciate Ricardo not promising me a miracle and giving me what I want..a flush. Many mechanics will try to take advantage of female drivers but not him. In conclusion, it has NOT overheated and the car is not as 'shaky' as before. I hope this holds up!! I appreciate the fact that no 'promises' were made, but so far so good!!! Thanks guys:) You have a new customer:)
