They removed the filter before pulling oil plug. My car starts smoking really bad. I get the car to check Raul the manager wants argued with me about my oil being over my motor.

I wanted a simple oil change and when my service worker couldn't open my hood after one attempt I was told they didnt want to help me and the Manager told me he didnt care if I ever came back to the store. After I left I went to JIFFY LUBE and the TRUE MECHANICS opened my hood and I received an oil change. Valvoline does not provide customer service dont waste your time!!!

When speaking about what my car needed, they were concise and honest, not trying to include extra for additional cash. I'll definitely continue to go and recommend for anyone needing oil change services to their car.
