The guy who worked on my car was really friendly — I even asked if I could take my car on a road trip, and he said, sure! I mentioned a couple of issues, and he said they could take care of them right there, so we did, and my car feels great now. The only thing I wish is that someone had talked to me directly about the comment on my report saying I have a “severe engine oil leak.” I just finished the service, so it would’ve been nice to get that explained in person. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Along with the efficient service, the gentleman who was helping me offered extra services as a suggestion and did not pressure me at all. The team working today had such a positive energy that it felt like they really liked working together and it felt good to be in that kind of environment. I’ll be back for sure.
