  I was on my way to the location on 79th but that no good fright train derailed me so I came here instead. Nothing but God! Efren and Oscar was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to educate me about the condition of my filter and the importance, I was charged to remove my skid plate at Jiffy Lube and expected these guys to go the same but they DID NOT! They even replaced the missing caps to my skid plates for no charge! Customer service is lacking these days across industries but these guys reminded me that some of us still care about the customer experience. Will definitely be back when I’m due for another oil change.

  Service was great, but, since it was my 1st time here I didn’t see an enterance. I saw the yellow arrows pointing out to street, but then, when it was too late to turn in I saw the yellow arrow pointing in. So I had to drive around the side streets and try it again.

  i had to delete my original review because of the sheer damage valvoline cost my car. after my 3rd oil change at this location the workers recommended a transmission flush. as someone who didn’t know about cars too much i trusted their explanations and professionalism (so i thought). a few months later i start to have transmission issues with the car shaking. after going to 3 trusted mechanics they all pointed to the same issue: the transmission flush. the workers at valvoline had convinced a frequent customer to spend $300 on a service that is forbidden on cars with over 100k miles. looking back at it, it’s quite cynical that these young men build rapport with their customers just to take advantage of the trust built. shame on them and i hope they aren’t continuing to ruin the cars of other people.

  Came to get some Fleet stuff done to my company vehicle. They were professional and asked what I needed. After explaining my needs and how I needed to make sure it went through our fleet management they went ahead and took care of me. It was a fast and painless process. Had some good conversations to pass the time.
