  If you have any major works to be performed on your car, don't go to these so called themselves mechanics. Most of those individuals are barely parts installers; they don't have a clue of what's going on under the hood of your car... I can refer you to somebody who knows: go to TRANZ WORKS. My 1997 Toyota Camry passed the Emission Test with Flying Colors. Thank you, TRANZ WORKS!

  Call this place on Friday (4/26/19) and spoke to a man name Pete to get a estimate on a transmission Rebuild on a 2012 Tahoe as 2nd gear was slipping. I explained that i wanted a complete Rebuild and not a Repair. And he understood and went on about companies say they will do a complete rebuild but really just do a simple repair. Pete gave me a estimate on just the rebuild and said it will be a lil more wit taxes and fuild. Pete was koo he answered all my questions and had me feeling excited and confident in them. We schedule for me to have it towed there on next Monday afternoon (5/6/19) as that was my pay period. Well i ended up getting the money sooner then i expected and wanted to drop off the truck right way so i call TanzWorks up today (4/29/19) and a lady answered. I asked to speak to Pete but she said he wasnt in today and she can help me. So i asked her for a estimate even tho pete already gave me one. She said she couldnt give me one and she was going to transfer me over to a guy named Fred. I talked to fred about how i called in a few days ago and spoke to a guy named pete about bringing in my truck in. 1st thing he said was "Bring it in". I told him yeah but can you give me a estimate on how much the rebuild going to be. He said "No, we need to see your truck and take apart the transmission before he can guve me a estimate".. from there he can tell me what I need and what he can reuse for the repair. I told pete gave me a estimate already and then Fred just started saying for me to "bring it in".. pretty much didnt go no where with Fred.. Fred refused to give me a estate over the phone for some reason and wanted to tare apart the trans 1st before he can give me estimate. Freds wants me to pay for a tow truck to take my vehicle there for a estimate.. i live in the Avondale community and it will be a very expensive bill for me to tow my truck to there shop for a estimate. I expanded this to fred and he said "thats ok, Bring it in". Phone call didnt end well as i was getting frustrated on just getting a estimate out of Fred. He ended up just telling me to go somewhere else to get my truck fixed. Fred must of said "Bring it in" about 12 times.. At the end of the day all the confidence i had about this shop fred took it away. I now question the fact that he wouldn't give me a estimate because he going to add on hidden fees. Also question the fact how he said he wants to scavenge through the transmission to see what is broken to repair. Fred started to look like the guy that Pete was describing about when he mentioned that most shops do a Repair but will tell you they did a Rebuild.. I will not go with this shop because Fred is there trying to scam and over charge customers. Please beware of this shop and do research on where you go. Ask alot questions if they get mad because your asking questions then do go somewhere else. Mechanics dont care bout your car because its not their car.

  Hey Everyone after reading these reviews I call this place over 10xs max had to be sure this was the place for my car. I got pissed off when my Guy told me 1 price hearing u have to pay more money For a part it needed Oh I got heated this insane I did not wana talk to anyone I need my baby on the road sitting for a while few weeks later I call them back up it took 1-2. Weeks For my rebuilt transmission.My 🙍frown Became A 😃smile she was ready with 2 years warranty They work with you on payments Recommend This Place 1000%.I went my heart after calling 6 other places when u hear cheap price like 1k think its ok but naw I knew i had a car was worth paying more then that. they was the 2nd on my list 2 call I'm so happy with my Car and rebuilding My Audi A6 Quattro 3.2l Transmission.. 121k rides like New Thanks Team Fred And Angel 😃 I'm Really Satisfied!!! cant wait to get it a showroom complete Detail From Mr Clean After reading they reviews.See Everyone soon
