They didn’t want to let me in without showing that I had a tip. The entrance was blocked off! I never experienced that at other locations only this one. I paid $15 for a top off and I’m a regular male customer who pays over $100 for my oil changes on my Jeep Wrangler. Shout out to the woman who works here she is really good and always knowledgeable, hopefully people get to experience her more.

But I’m like that any time I go somewhere new.after reviewing my bill I discovered that I was charged 19 dollars more than the gentleman quoted me. I was contacted the next day and the problem was resolved to my advantage. I love this place and will make it my regular shop for service. Please respect others time just be. Abuse the oil change is approx. 10 mins doesn’t mean we should be serviced when it’s time for them to leave. Everyplace has a quitting time Don’t you want to leave your job on time, me to and so do they. The company was extremely fair and went out of its way to solve the problem and they did. They also provided a coupon for a free oil change. I don’t know about you but it has been my experience that they give back the amount you lost so when they comped the full value I was shocked. But then they also sent the FREE OIL CHANGE COUPON……. I’m hocked. HATS OFF TO THIS COMPANY oh I forgot the coupon is good at any location and has no expiration date………WOW
