  Terrible Experience!!!! We rented a car and they said its unavailable and gave us another car that seem smaller. Which the car was already paid for in full almost 55 per day. So now we have to upgrade which the car was just a little bit bigger for 66 per day. So instead of charging the difference of the 55 dollars a day, they charged me another 66 dollars per day. Which means I never got the money back from the first car. Resulting in me paying over 900 bucks for 5 day rental. When I tried explaining this to management after a few emails back and front, they offered 80 bucks credit to rent again and not responding to my messages. Then I reached out to the Ceo and he referred me to another person and they too stopped responding to my messages. Would not recommend getting them. They SCAM you to get an upgrade.

  Do not fall for the “hassle free” booking process! They take your money then require more when you get there! They do not disclose the extra fees and hassle-heavy requirements prior to stepping into their establishment! They are operating abusively! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

  Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. We had pre-payed for the car and brought passports and drivers licenses (out of state). Upon arrival we were met with "there is no way I am giving you a car today". After some back and forth the woman in the counter said we had to bring a physical credit card to pick up the car (Apple Pay was not ok). Luckily for there is a Hertz car rental just down the street with great customer service, low prices and wonderful employees!

  The service here is INCREDIBLE! They are kind, quick and efficient. Tasha was so great that I promised that I would make SIXT my only Chicago spot for car rentals. I was THAT impressed with her service! And their car options were really great! The car was so clean that it looked brand new! Definitely rent your cars here!

  Tobias and his staff saw me through a long term rental because my Polestar was being serviced. I wasn’t getting it back any time soon, and Tobias seemed to understand how important it was for me to rely on him. He went so far above and beyond that I couldn’t imagine going to any other agency in town. I used to rent exclusively with Enterprise but my experience here at the Sixt South Loop wasn’t like any I’ve had before. I was welcomed so generously and felt taken care of each time I went in. I have worked in the service industry for years and they really have it together at this location. The Mercedes C-class I was renting needed to be serviced and I couldnt extend it on the app. It was seamless how they simply switched it out with a nicer BMW 4 series within minutes. We are lucky to have Tobias and his team looking out for us with great cars and even better service.
