He was very knowledgeable about the products and services being rendered and he took less time than expected to replace my entire front windshield. I would definitely recommend them and appreciated them as well. Last but not least the price was cheaper for them to come to me than for me to go out to another facility offering the same service.

Then I receive 3 different phone calls! Each "customer service" rep had no idea the others were calling. Gave false hope that my appt would stand; only for Ruby to tell me that since the window arrived Monday it "wasnt convenient" for them to drive an hour to pick it up so I had to wait til Tuesday. I cancelled not so much for the outcome but the general vibe of not knowing what they are doing.
