  I had a great experience interacting with the One Parking manager and his staff. When I called, the representative was so considerate and helpful. Also, the manager was fantastic. He helped resolve a request that I had. Exceeded my expectations.

  This place is running a scam and racket i parked in front of Victoria secret the establishment where i was going paid for parking 30 minutes only was in there for 15 minutes im guy I knew what I was get thats it I receive a ticket in the mail for 55 dollars say I was there for an hour not true so I called the rep says we'll you enter into the garage early ma'am I didn't go down into the garage she says owe you are correct sorry but it still stands you have to pay im escalating this just to put eyes on this problem im sure im not the first this is totally out of line then to charge 55 dollars is diabolical I will contact my attorney for something frivolous like this not for the money but to stop corruption seriously this has to be stop.
