- VTvicky tamDec 1, 20251.0My parking experience today was terrible. This parking garage is a multi-purpose facility that serves both valet and public parking. There was only one lane for both directions of traffic, which almost caused a head-on collision with another car. Furthermore, an attendant, identified as Chris by his uniform, disrespectfully asked if I knew how to drive. This situation is extremely frustrating and dangerous due to the single lane that forces cars to alternate going forward and backward. This operational setup is not only a potential safety and fire hazard but is also managed by very disrespectful staff members

You have to walk up or down until you reach level 3 to access the garage or the elevator to take you to ground level. This garage is a complete mess. There are no lights and its very dark in the evening. Horrible experience and will never park here again.
