  Got my car windows tinted in a couple of hours while I waited. Very easy to schedule. They were ready for me and started right away. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful. The installer I worked with was very professional. The results look great and I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

  Chicago winter and expressway driving= cracked windshield. I called in the morning, gave my VIN, and the lady gave me an amazing price! She said they’ll get my windshield ordered and ready to go by 11:30. I get there and within an hour and a half I had my new windshield installed and tinted. They did great and fast work! Side note: I called around and Safelite was double the price! I called A***** and they apparently don’t serve the “city” area meaning downtown. Thankfully I work at the hospital a few blocks down from New Pilsen. I was able to get my windshield replaced on my lunch break.

  I had a great experience with New Pilsen Auto Glass. I needed a glass repair done quickly, and they absolutely delivered. Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but the price was significantly better than other quotes I received in the Chicago area. The quality of the work is excellent, and the staff was professional and straightforward. If you're looking for a shop that provides excellent cost value without sacrificing quality or speed, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
