  The customer service at this location is always fantastic. They are always helpful and pleasant. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the interiors of the vehicles are usually pretty filthy. Dusty dashes and sometimes spilled beverages from previous customers that don’t seem to get cleaned up. It’s in almost all of the vehicles I rent, which is several times a month.

  Had a great experience with this location. Kevin was very helpful and professional at the counter. He made what was a rough travel experience more tolerable. The young man working in the garage i beleave his name was Josh was extremely helpful as well. This was January 4th around 10am hopefully the kudos will get passed on to them from the agency. They were doing a really good job

  Confirmation # 1795135872 After a very bad renting experience with Enterprise (details already shared in my Enterprise review), I decided to choose National for my return rental — and it was an excellent decision. I arrived 40 minutes earlier than my reservation time, and the staff handled it flawlessly. They immediately contacted the driver, and the minivan arrived in just 2 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. The return experience was just as smooth. I returned the vehicle one hour earlier than the scheduled time, and National prorated the rental correctly, reducing the total amount compared to what was originally listed in the reservation email. That level of fairness and transparency really stood out. Overall, the service was fast, professional, and customer-focused from start to finish. This experience clearly showed the difference in service quality. I will definitely choose National again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and reliable rental experience.

  I returned my rental on 1-3-26 at 3pm. everything was Awesome, except me, leaving my iPass in the vehicle. I returned about 30 minutes later and the True service professionals Dan and David stood up and made sure I was taken care of. They called for support on the radio to retrieve the iPass and they found it, but while they were looking for it, they made sure I stood in the warm office. I just want to drop a note to let the Leadership know that I appreciate it and that should not be overlooked. Thank you!

  I love National - no need to wait in line (I always look at the folks in the long rental lines and find myself wanting to go over and ask them why they don’t use National), cars are always in perfect condition, and the team is always helpful and friendly. Pricing is always transparent - when I reserve in the app, the price I end up paying is ALWAYS exactly what I saw in the app. No weird hidden fees and up charges. The Chicago team is awesome - this past summer I accidentally dropped my ID in the car - within an hour I had a message and was able To pick that up with no problem. Let me tell you - you may find what you think is a lower price somewhere, but when you factor in the time savings and the flawless new vehicle you’ll get, and when you see all the fees and charges that “cheaper” place ends up charging tou, you’ll always be ahead with National. Thank you National - in my frequent travels, it is always good to know I can rely on National - it always ends up being the easiest aspect of my travels. Even overseas!!! Special thanks to the Chicago team!
