    I have always received outstanding service at this location, Micky and Thomas have been particularly great, but every staff member that I have interacted with has been friendly, and they always make the experience, go quite smoothly. I have rented from this location many times!

    It’s been two times now that my partner and I rent from here and they never have the car he requested, which I understand. The last two times he’s been overcharged and this past time the car smelled like smoke, not sure if they allow their customers to smoke in cars but it was unpleasant driving in that. He’s thankfully gotten a refund every time he calls but he has to go through the hassle of calling, when he shouldn’t have been charged in the first place.

    Regular customer here. I hate to write this, but enough is enough. From my experience in the last few months, this location is almost always behind on reservations, completely out of cars, or understaffed to a point where there is often a long line of unhappy customers waiting 1-3 hours for a car. If this continues to go on like this, I don’t see how this location keeps their business as this deeply affects people’s plans with their colleagues, family or friends. The staff here, however, are always professional and I cannot speak more highly of them; they do their very best especially the manager, Thomas.
