- LSLonge ShunguJan 2, 20265.0Quality is very important and where you take your car for it- does matter! Before coming to National Body Works, I shopped around for 3 locations. This place was the last stop which was a blessing. Met Sasan and the kind lady at the office and explained what I needed. He took the time to listen, came out and provided a professional estimate on a short notice and cold day. When the time came for my car to be repair, the insurance company was pressuring me to go to one of their locations. I knew at that moment that they didn't have my best interest and wanted to do what's best for them. I knew from my 3 visits that National Body works was the place for my car. Sasan, went the extra mile and made sure that my car was properly fixed and everything accounted for- that the insurance company were trying to dodge. His final estimate was over twice the amount they were offering which allowed my car to be fixed properly, without his efforts- this wouldn't have happened. In the end, I was pleased with the results and how great my car looked upon pick up. I'll like to offer two advices to anyone reading this: First, careful where you take your car, the review I saw online for National Body Works did match my positive experience dealing with Sasan, and I love the fact that he never pressured me and took his time explaining the process. Second, don't take your car where the insurance company wants you to take it, go to National Body works- because they will have your best interest and make sure your car is fixed properly. I hope by reading this review, it will encourage you to give them a try. Sasan, thank you for making this process less painful and having my back through -out the whole process and wish you and your team many years of success under your leadership!

I went in to get a damaged bumper replaced, and they buffed out a few scratches on my door because they know how to treat their customers.
