Tried their chat service only to be told no reps available. Currently on the phone with customer service for over an hour and already 7 transfers... terrible experience.

You can't even tell on the map because the map marker on their website is way off. Paid for monthly parking I can't use. This is an obvious scam to dupe people who think they have finally found affordable parking and then collect towing fees from them. If they were honest they'd mention the metra requirement on the website.
