I called Mavis Tire Supply in Round Lake Beach Illinois to see if they could receive my vehicle, remove the bolt and patch my tire. The person on the phone "Jay jay" was super friendly and accommodating. He had a busy work load but assured me that they would be able to assist and instructed me to come on in. Upon arriving at the facility I was greeted with a warm welcome at the service counter by a man named Joey who really showed concern and interest in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Within moments my vehicle was being worked on and I was back on the road. The service I received from beginning to end at this facility was exemplified a group of professionals who work well together and take pride in their work. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this tireless shop. Thank you guys for saving the day!!
