- KBKaylie BarrowOct 9, 20231.0I was stuck in this parking garage for 45 minutes with 2 toddlers. It was the worst experience of my life. My reservation code wouldn’t scan to let me out. It wouldn’t let me pay the lost ticket amount to let me out. I bought a new ticket and that wouldn’t work either. So now I’m out twice the money only to be trapped in this garage. I hit the help button on the kiosk 7 times. It automatically hung up after about 90 seconds on every call. Only when I told the women through the kiosk that I called the police because we were literally trapped did they finally open the door. Their customer service number didn’t work. I will never use any parking garage managed by laz parking again because they did not care that I was literally trapped with 2 tired children in their garage.
