My car that I purchased brand new less than 3 months before parking here was damaged by a hit-and-run driver in this garage. They left more than $2,000 in damages. Despite there being a "smile you're on camera" sign literally right in front of where I parked, Laz Parking told me that their cameras were not functioning at the time. I'm guessing they actually have no cameras at all since someone else reported being told the same thing after their car was also damaged here months after mine was.
What's more frustrating is that the space next to my car on the side that was damaged is a reserved spot, yet despite filing a police report, Laz Parking was not willing to try identifying who has that reserved spot and if they may have corresponding damage to their vehicle. My calls and emails all went unanswered. The one time I was able to talk to someone in person, they said the property manager was on vacation and would call me after returning, but they never did. It's a shame that they had an opportunity to help a paying customer of years with minimal effort on their part, but instead found that it was just easier for them to look the other way.
You park at your own risk with any parking garage in the city, but this place, and Laz Parking as a company for that matter, is among the most shady.
