  This place is always packed, it takes forever to find a parking spot most weekday mornings anywhere that is considered "covered". It seems like 50% of their covered parking is marked "reserved". Not only that but there is a section of the covered parking that has been blocked from use for weeks now, in the Winter where more people are driving and specifically seeking covered parking. They don't hesitate to charge you $15+ extra if you are right there by the exit gate waiting to exit behind a bunch of other cars that aren't moving. Your reservation is until 6pm and you are right by the gate by 6pm? $15 extra, no questions asked and no leniency despite you being there waiting behind a bunch of other cars that are holding up the line and keeping you from leaving before your "reservation" expires. Drive enough to work during the week that you wonder if getting a monthly parking pass here would make sense? Just know they will FIRST take your monthly charge + fees and NOT even send you an email confirmation. And when you get tired of waiting and reach out to them for further support, SURPRISE SURPRISE. You find out they charge a "one time non-refundable processing fee of $50". $50 extra that could have been communicated during checkout when you are signing up for the subscription. Orrr EVEN BETTER, how about you charge everything that is needed from your customers UPFRONT AND ALL AT ONCE??? Of course you can then cancel your subscription, but you won't be getting that refund for a full WEEK, so enjoy the hassle of dealing with LAZ Parking and their shady business practices. For the absurd price they charge + their fees you can park at 500 W Monroe where 100% of their parking is actually covered in a building where you car will be actually SAFE from random strangers PLUS at a comfortable temperature due to being ACTUALLY stored inside an INDOOR parking garage.

  Unfortunately I’m forced to give one star here but I wouldn’t have even done that. I have used the garage for 4 years and a month before I moved informed their team that I would need to move out the mid of next month. Their revenue department rep told me that it would be possible to adjust my invoice before the invoice posted for that month and she asked to email her. I emailed her and waited for a response just to find out that she never helped to adjust my invoice in time and I was charged for parking the entire month. Even for half the month that I didn’t park there. These people are unhelpful and scammers. When I asked if I could be refunded their team said they couldn’t do that. Absolutely abysmal experience with LAZ Laprking. I deserve a refund because as a customer took the right actions to inform my move out to their team!

  Absolutely the most annoying parking garage in Chicago. I live in PT and didn’t have a choice but to take this parking garage. The payment options are so messed up, they have an additional $25 fee if you pay through credit card, but if you add your bank account details in the portal and put it on auto pay, it still doesn’t work. Because of this for 4 months I’ve been paying the extra $25/month. Their portal is the worst ever I’ve seen and absolutely rude folks who don’t help you in case of issues. People in the garage are rude and don’t help at all.

  Nice to buy through the application provided but too stupid to put an extended feature in only to go get your car leave re-purchase a new ticket drive back in what kind of Microsoft Outlook express BS is this
