- KKKarenNov 7, 20251.0late fees are extortionate even if you are only a little late (charged $14 on top of a $6 reservation). garage is frustrating and confusing to navigate going both in and out.

We had our parking reservation for almost half a day and they wouldn’t budge. When we asked for someone else to talk to they stopped responding and ended the call. We sat there for almost 20 minutes trying to negotiate that we were within our reservation and they unfairly charged anyway.

When I was denied access and called for assistance, they told me to back up down the curved elevated ramp because I "chose to ignore the sign." They refused to buzz me through to turn around safely. Why would I drive through unless it was confusing? Horrible, idiotic and rude.
