This parking is awful! We paid 60 for over night parking and then when we went to leave they tried to charge us additional 45 and would not let us leave! My kid crying in the back the attendant yelling at us. Messed up our whole vacation. Scammed. Don't park here.

Should have read the reviews before parking here. Not only do you pay $55.00, they charge you for every minute over 10 minutes from the time you pay. So from the lobby, to the car and in the line you BETTER be able to scan that ticket within 10 minutes. So in total, $69. And we talked to an attendant and he hung up on us. If the line of cars takes that long, what do you do?! Such a scam and embarrassing. I marked this location as a no go and I come to Chicago often.

We booked a parking spot at Grand Plaza Parking (540 N. State Chicago, IL 60654) on 9/Nov/2024 – Saturday from 9am to 6pm and paid $16.50 online.
However, we wanted to extend the stay for extra few hours and called there help line to know if we use the current reservation and pay for the extra 2 hours. We were advised to do a new reservation as the old one would not be valid anymore.
Following the instructions we made a new reservation online and paid another $16.50 for two hours.
At the time of exit the system refused to verify the new reservation and was told by the security guard that we have to use the old reservation and pay another $42. She advised that we should call LAZ parking for a refund on the second reservation of $16.50.
So, we ended up paying $16.50 + $16.50 + $42 = $75 for 11 hours.
Long story short, we have followed via phone and sent few emails and there is no response to our queries for the refund.
