  Paid for an expensive subscription for monthly parking and then got completely ignored. The number for the garage manager on their office door is wrong and when I finally got a hold of Vicky she got an attitude and talked to me very disrespectfully. We still have no parking pass for our paid monthly subscription. Avoid this company if you can.

  They oversell the garage on SpotHero for United Center events.

  Nightmare to get out iof. Took almost an hour to get out of after a show at the United Center. Then I was charged $8 for exceeding the reservation by 15 minutes.

  We made a reservation with the App SpotHero. We prepaid. Then, the scanner didn't work. We had to pay twice, once to the SpotHero app and another one for the Parking lot. We reclaimed, no answers.
