Lousy customer service. We’re stuck in line behind a poor lady, waiting to get out. It’s 9:03. She could not get out because they told her she had stayed too late and needed to pay another $22! Are you kidding me??? The reason she was late- the reason all of us were late- is because we were stuck behind another couple of cars!!!
And the customer service rep who came on the line had the nerve to get on the line and tell us how a business is run.
I got news for you, Laz: this is how a business is run: act professional, treat your customers with respect, believe them at 9:03 in the evening when they tell you that they’re stuck behind other traffic, and don’t blame them when it’s your lousy service who makes them run a couple minutes past the hour in the first place.
What’s the matter with you people that you don’t understand basic human decency and understanding? Arguing for another $22 at 9:03pm!
I know all this because I was stuck 3 cars back and I marched up to the phone and argued with the service rep also. Because I was wondering what the holdup was. And the customer service was being completely unreasonable.
Believe me, everyone in line understood that there’s no way this lady should have to pay another 22 bucks. Absurd. I would rather wait until they behaved like normal persons.
And no, Laz, I don’t need a “we’re sorry if you had a bad experience. Email us for any further concerns…” corporate response.
We DID have a bad experience. No ifs. I have NO further concerns. I DO have an understanding that unless you respond with something like, “we have instructed our customer service people to exercise their intelligence and understanding, and be less condescending,” then no there’s nothing more that we need to say to one another.
Absurdly bad customer service. Really crazy behavior.

Stuck in garage for over 30 minutes. 2 other cars got stuck in front of us and had to call customer service. A different person has answered every time and asks questions for 10 minutes. We are now on hold. Still stuck in garage
