  I always used to park here when I was attending DePaul about 10 years ago, never had any issues. Now something has changed. Came to visit downtown on Sunday and got stuck with my husband and his mom for 45 minutes - the machine wasn't accepting any of my credit cards (tried 3), none of my husbands nor him mom's. It kept giving error code for every card. We had no cash. Pressing "help" button did nothing - employees weren't even there, my husband tried running around the 1st floor to find them and didn't find anyone. I called 911 hoping the cops can get us out as I didn't want to break the law by just raising the bar and leaving. We tried to pay at the machine at the exit and it wasn't even accepting the ticket! (paid or not, it was refusing to eat that paper). I saw a car behind us and the driver was told us he lived there and he might help to get out by scanning his pass. I couldn't believe he wasn't pissed and also was willing to help! But first he wanted to try our ticket and the machine finally worked! We thanked the driver, paid the damn $13 and got the hell out of there! Police called back and I said we were already out. Absolutely insane situation, next time will take Uber.

  We were stuck in the parking lot for 45 minutes post bears game along with 30 plus other cars. Employees took 25 plus minutes to even come to “try” to get us out. Then no apology or refund.

  I reserved my spot online and when I went to leave, the machine said it had already been used. I called for assistance and the person was very rude, insisting that I must have already used it and hung up with me still unable to exit. I bought another pass, just trying to get out, but it didn't work either because it said I never entered. I called for help again, and 45 minutes later, I was finally let out of the garage.

  I wish I could zero star here. Pre paid and reserved but even with that “lot was full” even after watching 10+ cars leave. It is “first come first serve” even with a reservation. Support also took 20 minutes to answer and you have to back out to the place they will not open the gate so you can exist.
