  I got 10 unauthorized parking notice that's charging me more than $1000 from PRRS last month even i pay my monthly rent for the parking

  I've parked in this garage several times because my therapist's office is down the street. Several months ago they removed the system where you pull a ticket when you go in and then pay when you exit. They switched to a system where you have to pay at a kiosk on the ground floor and then take the ticket back up to your vehicle. I have gotten three notices of violation for times when I paid to park and put the receipt in my window. Each time I've submitted a dispute. The last two disputes they never followed up on (they tried to charge me $102 for each one) and then I received a notice that I was sent to collections. These sorts of predatory practices are absolutely unnacceptable.

  I am happy to report that my parking violation was resolved, they realized I had indeed paid at the kiosk and were able to remedy the situation. The garage is clean and safe and in a great location.

  Terrible management and even worse payment system. You have to cross over the lanes where cars drive in and out, by foot, to get to the payment station that doesn’t even work. The ticket machine has been broken for months and I ended up being charged $102 for each time I parked even though I tried to pay the $12 each time.

  ZERO! ZERO! ZERO!. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I pulled into this parking garage for less than a few minutes just to turn around and find an EV charging station, I didn’t park, I didn’t charge my car, I didn’t even leave my vehicle. They charged me $15 just for entering the gate and exiting right away. When I asked about it, the staff showed zero flexibility or common sense. No warning signs explaining this kind of fee, no grace period, nothing. Just an automatic charge the moment you roll in. This is predatory and unethical business practice. If you’re an EV driver or someone unfamiliar with the layout, be careful, they will charge you even if you don’t use their services at all. I will never return, and I recommend others avoid this place unless you want to pay for literally nothing.
