You have to cross over the lanes where cars drive in and out, by foot, to get to the payment station that doesn’t even work. The ticket machine has been broken for months and I ended up being charged $102 for each time I parked even though I tried to pay the $12 each time.

I pulled into this parking garage for less than a few minutes just to turn around and find an EV charging station, I didn’t park, I didn’t charge my car, I didn’t even leave my vehicle. They charged me $15 just for entering the gate and exiting right away. When I asked about it, the staff showed zero flexibility or common sense. No warning signs explaining this kind of fee, no grace period, nothing. Just an automatic charge the moment you roll in. This is predatory and unethical business practice. If you’re an EV driver or someone unfamiliar with the layout, be careful, they will charge you even if you don’t use their services at all. I will never return, and I recommend others avoid this place unless you want to pay for literally nothing.
