- LRLudwing RamosJan 1, 20261.0This place, charge you twice, they say to pay the ticket at the lobby and I did that and then they charge you again on your way out. Mind you no one answers when you press the assistant button, very scammy. They know you going to have to pay at the exit because its the only way they'll let you out. Don't pay at the lobby if you dont want to get charge twice.
- KMKevin MullinsMay 10, 20244.0Great garage if you’re parking and want to visit Navy pier and take a boat tour. Took a star away for how tight the turns are. It was a task to say the least to navigate it in my 21ft pickup truck. I highly recommend you adjust your mirrors to not hit the little yellow walls like many others. Other than that felt confident my truck was safe and secure since thieves wouldn’t be able to get out fast either. P.s if you hit anything it’s your own fault. Don’t blame the garage for your lack of skill.
- NJNurse Jackie JAug 30, 20193.0Super tight turns with parking. But it's really close to navy pier. It's Chicago that's what you get, they try to fit the most they can. But it's in a nice building. We parked at the end so we didn't worry about getting our car seat in and out
