If you are heading to the important event, make sure you allow enough time to look for another parking, if the place you booked will not have a space for you. This happened to me. The parking was full, even though I arrived on time. An employee informed me that they do not care about any parking passes from ParkWhiz and that they operate on first come first serve basis. It cost me three times more when I tried to find a spot at the last minute. ParkWhiz obviously wasn't interested in covering the cost. Poor customer service too. Will not use it again.
