- LSLauren SimmonsAug 13, 20231.0Have to echo other reviews; booked via Spot Hero and the lot was full when we arrived. In fact there were even cars parked in places where there wasn't a spot. We circled until someone left and thankfully were able to park. This almost ruined our event, as the first lot we originally reserved was randomly manually closed via signs when we arrived, so we didn't have time to try a third spot. To add insult to injury, the Spot Hero barcode didn't work when scanning and the customer support person told us to just pull a ticket and scan the code when we leave, at which point it will work. It didn't, and we had to pay for the ticket to get out. Trying to get a refund from Spot Hero. Nonetheless I've never had an issue with Spot Hero in years of use; this is a lot problem imo. Definitely don't try to park here lol
