  If I could give this place negative stars, I would give -100! I have used this parking garage multiple times. But after what happened tonight, it will be my last. All because of a very rude lady who didn't want to help me. I had a reservation through spot hero that started at 2pm and ended at 2am. I scanned my QR code at the gate and I had no problems. The problem happened when I tried to exit the garage. I scanned the QR code the exit and it said scan your ticket. I knew that was a wrong, so I press for assistance. I explain to the lady about how I have a reservation and it's not scanning right. She yells at me to go to the other exit. I do what she tells me and I get the same thing. So I press assistance again and get the same lady. I explain to her again and she starts yelling me to scan my ticket! Then she hangs up on me! So I press the button again! I get the same lady again! And then she starts to accuse me that I did something wrong and that I had to pay. She hangs up again! So I press the button again! Finally I get someone different. He asked me questions like what time was my reservation and reservation number and even the address! He finally was able to raise the gate and let me leave. I was stuck there for 20mins! The funny thing it's not the first time I have had this kind of problem at this garage before and with the same lady but this time she actually screamed at me and was super extra nasty to me! This treatment was so uncalled and disrespectful. I gladly pay the extra $5 to the garage down the street from now on. You never get another penny out of me!

  The location had many parking spots. But it is a little tight for any car that is larger than a full size.
