- ZFZareen Fatima6 days ago1.0The parking lot was already full so how could it charge us any amount? We waited for a long time just for one parking spot. The customer support didn’t respond at all. Worst experience.
- STShy’Ora TolbertNov 19, 20251.0This parking lot is staffed by an absolute jerk. The scanner didn’t work and had to be held in all kinds of crazy positions to work. When asked, if he could just let the gate up since we already paid, he said nope we would be stuck there until the scanner worked and they have no contingency plan if the technology fails. Although the car ahead of us had the same problem, he blamed it on our phones rather than the fact that something is possibly wrong with the scanner. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a parking garage. They should learn a thing or two about customer service and if you’re biased towards spot hero users, don’t advertise spots on their platform. I wish I could rate this unprofessional parking business 0 stars! Park your car elsewhere if you can help it!
