- STShy’Ora Tolbert5 days ago1.0This parking lot is staffed by an absolute jerk. The scanner didn’t work and had to be held in all kinds of crazy positions to work. When asked, if he could just let the gate up since we already paid, he said nope we would be stuck there until the scanner worked and they have no contingency plan if the technology fails. Although the car ahead of us had the same problem, he blamed it on our phones rather than the fact that something is possibly wrong with the scanner. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a parking garage. They should learn a thing or two about customer service and if you’re biased towards spot hero users, don’t advertise spots on their platform. I wish I could rate this unprofessional parking business 0 stars! Park your car elsewhere if you can help it!

No attendance, credit card scanner at exit broken, QR scan required multiple trys and activation of some obscure setting on my phone, no one to call when things go wrong. Do NOT park here for any event at WinTrust; you'll be stranded for a good hour afterward.
