  If a zero-star rating were possible, this establishment would have earned it. My experience here was an absolute disaster from start to finish. This location enters into contractual agreements with SpotHero to sell "guaranteed" parking spots, yet they continues to accept drive-up customers regardless of their actual capacity. This isn't just poor management; it is a blatant scam. They are pocketing money for reservations they have no intention of honoring. To make matters worse, the staff is utterly beneath the standard of professional service. When I attempted to resolve the issue via the call box, I was met with a level of rudeness and disrespect that was frankly shocking. To be told that a problem they created through their own greed and technical dishonesty was "not [their] problem" is the height of incompetence. Getting into the lot was a struggle; getting out was an even more miserable ordeal. Management needs to stop scamming the hard-working residents of this city and actually train their employees in basic human decency and operational logic.

  The parking lot was already full so how could it charge us any amount? We waited for a long time just for one parking spot. The customer support didn’t respond at all. Worst experience.

  This parking lot is staffed by an absolute jerk. The scanner didn’t work and had to be held in all kinds of crazy positions to work. When asked, if he could just let the gate up since we already paid, he said nope we would be stuck there until the scanner worked and they have no contingency plan if the technology fails. Although the car ahead of us had the same problem, he blamed it on our phones rather than the fact that something is possibly wrong with the scanner. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a parking garage. They should learn a thing or two about customer service and if you’re biased towards spot hero users, don’t advertise spots on their platform. I wish I could rate this unprofessional parking business 0 stars! Park your car elsewhere if you can help it!

  Charged me $50 when already full. LAZ told me they can't refund me, would rate them worse if I could.
