Terrible experience. I tried for days to set up monthly parking and could not reach anyone. I called the main number and emailed—no response. I was given the contact info for Brian Saldana and tried calling and emailing him as well, but again no response.
Their website states that monthly subscriptions aren’t available, but when I went in person two days ago, there was a sign saying “monthly parking available — call this number.” I called that number and nobody answered.
I then went to the office and met Luis Sandoval, who gave me his card and told me to reach out to him directly. I emailed him that same day, which was two days ago, and still haven’t received a reply. I tried both phone numbers on his card and none were picked up.
Now I understand why this place has such a low rating.

TLDR: Do not park here. Significant security failures. For better security, park at the neighboring 281 N. Franklin structure instead.
As has happened to many others in this structure (see photos attached), a thief smashed the back window of my car with a fire extinguisher, entered my car, and went through every compartment inside.
The Safelite repairman who replaced the back window of my car told me that 210 N Wells is one of the worst parking garages in the city of Chicago with respect to vehicle damage and theft. He reported that his colleague alone had replaced 8-10 shattered windows in the garage since this summer. In fact, as he was replacing my window, I saw two other vehicles on the fifth floor with broken back windows.
Upon further research, I discovered that theft and vehicle damage are regular, well-documented occurrences at this garage. In the last year alone, about 10 Google reviewers have complained of the poor security and/or frequent break-ins at the garage. As one reviewer reported, "my car got hit in the back with a fire extinguisher and the parking people are being cheap with security they are doing nothing. Ten cars were hit in the past month." And this problem has been prominent since at least 2018, when one Yelp reviewer wrote that his "[c]ar has been vandalized 2 times and they do nothing about it bc there is not camera or security."
However, despite being aware of this recurring issue, LAZ Parking management has failed to limit theft and property damage. There are no security systems to prevent non-customers from entering the garage, no garage attendants to meet customers or survey the premises, and no cameras to help deter and identify thieves.
At $350/month, one would expect that the garage would take some measure to increase security and address frequent vandalism problems. For example, the neighboring garage at 281 N Franklin, which is managed by a different company, features (1) a pedestrian entrance that is accessible only through a building lobby that has a 24/7 doorman, (2) several cameras on each floor of the parking structure and outside each floor's elevator entrance, and (3) an outside access garage door that opens only for vehicles. Despite all this added security, the garage charges $340/month -- cheaper than 210 N Wells.
Three of the four photos attached were taken on the same day, showing just how bad the problem is.

Great when there is no homeless infestation. Can get very smelly and dirty by the elevators. Also lot can get full by 10am.

Scammy and rude staff. No possibility to extend the reservation on SpotHero, and if you ever have an issue and get stuck behind the exit gate—say, if your phone is dead—staff will just speak down to you until you resolve the issue on your own.
Additionally, the garage receives almost no maintenance. I daily pass by a pile of shattered glass from where a car was clearly broken into.
