No possibility to extend the reservation on SpotHero, and if you ever have an issue and get stuck behind the exit gate—say, if your phone is dead—staff will just speak down to you until you resolve the issue on your own. Additionally, the garage receives almost no maintenance. I daily pass by a pile of shattered glass from where a car was clearly broken into.

It was impossible to reach any on site attendant via the “help” buttons across the facility. No phone number to management provided online. And, still awaiting a response to the report I filed online of the incident. There are no cameras around the parking structure so safety is a huge issue. Unfortunately after reading reviews, seems to be a common occurrence with little recourse.
