A representative from Laz reached out and refunded her and she passed his number to me and he refunded my overages as well. It also looks like the app is displaying the correct prices now as well! Thank you Bertram! Talk about bait & switch! The posted sign says 12-24 hrs=$25, the only place we saw to pay was the app which charged us $39 for the first 24 hrs. We left for a couple of hours and came back to pay for another 24 hrs and it was $49!? No way to call from what we could see, I’m going to try and dispute with my bank but I’m sure LAZ will win because I willingly paid in the app. Seems like the perfect scam to me!

They will send you a ~$100 bill in the mail later if your parking is expired when leaving. They might even fall under Illinois 720 ILCS 5/16.1 extortion laws :)
