If your fortune is to run into any issues with their fragile kiosks, fragile doors, inconsistent fab behavior, and you reach for customer service -- you'll soon learn their microphones are broken so you are talking to yourself. The only reliable aspect of this parking structure is how inconsistent it is. LAZ as a management company is perhaps the worst? Just search LAZ which I'm convinced stands for LAZY.
