  I had a great experience! $34 total per night for parking. My car was safe and intact when I returned. I like the electronic entry and exit, also payment with the text system.

  I received my parking pass on June 2nd, I have not been able to access the resident garage since then. I’ve been forced to park in the retail lot and find the inconvenience - quite annoying. Customer service is great! They seem like they want to help you but can only do so much. The managers, the phone numbers, the voicemails have been so stressful. I’ve tried every number they’ve given me. Even more so - when you want to leave a voicemail - they don’t answer or their mailbox is full. Email correspondence has been at snails pace. I was told the pass was activated but still can’t access. What is a resident to do when their monthly resident parking is to just park in a retail lot. I really wanted to like this company and call it a glitch but no ones helped me in two days.
