It says it's 24hr surveillance, but somehow someone made it to the 3rd floor of the parking garage and stole my car and they were able to drive it out? Unacceptable.

It is crazy difficult to get a hold of someone to sign up to use it and to get the fob, and to make it better, the fob didn't work a bunch of times! Then when it came time to cancel my month to month, they made it even harder to get a hold of someone! I do not recommend this place to anyone for month to month use unless using an app!
