My car required specific Acura Transmission fluid and they honored coupon with that special transmission fluid. Car was shifting fine before service and seems much more responsive after fluid change. Don't neglect or put off doing transmission fluid and filter service. It definitely extends life of transmission and provides optimum performance. You change your oil on specific periodic intervals, why would you neglect changing transmission fluid and filter periodically. Transmission repairs or replacement is very expensive. Proper maintenance is small price for longevity of core component of car.

ALL of the service people and sales staff; including Javiere and I believe Frank that was part of the sales staff treated me LIKE A CELEBRITY. I brought the car into a perfectly layed out SHOP, got a call couple of days later, "your vehicle is ready to be picked up (no fuss, no muss) :). All of the vehicles that are being serviced are lined up perfectly and systematically if they are on a lift, in the shop or safely locked up in the parking AREA (before, or after they are serviced). We need to make sure that we get the vehicle back for the 6 month check-up, with checking for mechanical adjustments and it will then, be ALL GOOD, with fulfilling the warranty concern for a 12 month/12,000 mile WARRANTY. The transmission will be good to go, without any concerns, besides having the filter and fluid changed accordingly,, after that.
