They said that’s the one that’s recommended no problem. I pay the upgrade. It’s a newer car. No, I went in with the same car today and they’re telling me that I’m using the wrong oil. And I explained to them well this is the oil that you recommended the last time now they told me there’s a different oil that’s actually $30 more so I felt like there was some kind of a scam because. I literally am going with what you recommended the last time I paid the up charge now you’re telling me there’s another up charge it and he sent to me. I’m only reading the computer screen and I said well that doesn’t make any sense because the last time you told me to do this, I listened to you because it was a newer car now you’re telling me that’s the wrong oil and I should be using a different one. That’s $30 more. I was very disappointed. . And no, I did not go with the $30 more one I went with my last oil change was from that facility from that recommendation I won’t be going there anymore. I need this to say it was $114 $45 in labor for literally 15 minutes.

I immediately put it in Park Called a tow and the mechanic told me jiffy lube did not connect the air filter! So a 125.00 tow- 375.00 mechanic bill. I called jiffy lube. Emailed them. No response. Terrible.
