- LBLara Batchelor3 days ago3.0I've been to this location many times over the past 20 years, with multiple vehicles. Today I went in for an oil change and everything was great up until I had to pay and Izaiah gave me a difficult time about a coupon. A coupon that I received from Jiffy Lube, that specifically said it could be used at that location. He complained that he had to find a different code because the one I had wasn't good for that location. Even after I showed him the email, he still talked to me like I was the problem for having a valid coupon for that location. His manner was patronizing and rude. The guys at the Take 5 are much more polite (and give a veteran's discount). There are too many options out there to give your money to a business that doesn't appreciate yours. You've lost a customer.
- SSSarah Sandoval6 days ago5.0I cannot stress enough how comfortable i was here. everyone was extremely nice, Zig especially. they were see through with me about everything and even did some services i was putting off. they let me know about my engine filter, that my passenger side wiper is too small, but never made me feel pressured to be spending more. i am never going anywhere else!

I feel like I’m taken care of here without the worry of unnecessary charges, and staff is kind and respectful/ attentive. Usually I can be in and out pretty fast, but even when there’s a bit of a line, it’s worth the wait.

But the last 2 times I had my oil changed they forgot to reset the oil life reading so I had maintenance light come on and had to go back to get this taken care off. Mistakes happen and once I can understand but 2x and consecutively? No that's unacceptable. Other than this the service has been good and employees are always nice.
