- BCBarbara CliffordJan 30, 20263.0I dunno. it's so hit or miss. my repair shop guy says "those kids that work there aren't auto mechanics. Just can't trust them." I have used them for years. I still want to have faith. often it is smooth, often, it takes forever or goes wrong or they try to upsell you. Today, I had my CODE 82 show up and I knew it had been a while since I had oil changed. I pulled in, held my breath because no one was in line. I thought, it's a sign! but then the issue of my oil filter happened again. Same as last time. The spindle for oil filter is stripped because 2 or 3 visits ago/in the past, someone put it in 180 degrees backwards. So they had a hard time installing today's. The bonus of this location, Gabriel. All the managers and employees turn over so often here but he's been a stable one. He's very nice. Always talks to me. He said if I get the estimate at my repair shop, bring it back, he will reimburse me since the spindle stripping happened at this location. Before his time! but he is going to reimburse. I'd give 4 stars but I'll change it later after I see the full money back. AND THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE NOW! It's just so convenient location for me. sigh. Pray I actually get a smooth transaction.
