- JBJohn Bull4 days ago2.0I arrived at this Jiffy Lube location. There were three service lines. I was the only one waiting in my line with a car ahead of me already in the service port. Nobody approached to ask me what service I want. I had literally waited for 90 minutes in my car before calling on an attendant to complain because the other service lines were moving and mine wasn’t. I would think that if you’re doing more than an oil change in a car and anticipate it’s going to take a long time, you should not let subsequent cars queue up in that line. Instead, the attendant was extremely rude and brushed me off. The rudeness continued inside, everyone was wearing a long face, speaking curtly. In the end when I asked for my windshield reminder sticker to be changed and for my dashboard timer to be reset, they acted like I was over demanding, but I shouldn’t have to ask for this.

There were 2-3 people in front of me but it still was a quick service, about a 30 minute wait, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
