Went again, the whole crew changed. I got the oil I asked them was there any else after they told me about all the other unnecessary crap I declined. I get home and I'm leaking oil. Im no mechanic but if youre under the vehicle wouldn't that be some crap u see. The location is about money. I really think they did something to my truck yo make that oil leak so I would go back but I'm not. I'm taking my butt to the dealer cuz Im sickness Jiffy Lube

However, here’s my issue: my car is a 2021 and it’s only had 2 “owners” me and before I had it, it was a lease. The car has been regularly serviced and all of the times I’ve taken it to get serviced I’ve never had any issues. I went in today to get an oil change. The last time I got an oil change was early June. Less than 6 months ago. I have the receipt from this visit and as you can see there’s nothing that’s worrying under service comments. The service was done at another Jiffy Lube location. Today I got my receipt and upon checking it later there’s a list of apparent things they “noticed”. Specifically the one that worried me is that my car is “burning and blowing oil”. If this were happening there’s a list of symptoms that come with this that my car isn’t displaying. So this is either one of two things: either they are putting this on all receipts to absolve them of any responsibility in case something happens to your car upon leaving their place of business OR my car is actually burning and blowing oil and they didn’t tell me anything before I left! Either or is bad. If my car truly were burning and blowing oil, this indicates severe engine issues that need to be addressed ASAP. So if this were truly happening, why would they send me along my merry way without mentioning it???
