As soon as he was able he pulled me into the next service area, kept me abreast of the process, and ensured all was in order. Mr. Lamar Wilson deserved the accolades on the wall and even more!!!

Then when I said I didn’t want that high mileage oil, Cordarrell who was the cashier and technician that helped me, charged me for it anyway. He lied and said that’s what I asked for when I know for a fact that I didn’t. He lied to me twice during that service. After looking at reviews now and talking to family who have been to this location and also had issues, I can only hope I don’t have any further issues with my car after poor service. It’s really disgusting how they take advantage of women who are just trying to be safe and get a service done.
