Tech told me synthetic which I said no I want conventional oil. Synthetic is double the cost. Second red flag was being told there was a $15 charge to remove a shield to access the drain plug. I’ve never been charged for that. Needless to say I said no thanks and skipped the oil change. Not claiming fraud but just seemed shady. Won’t be back.

They don’t do the real service like they supposed to at this Jiffy Lube on 82nd and Jeffrey. I don’t know what is wrong with these people they need to be fired for real because they’re not doing a job the way they had they supposed to do. I came to Jiffy Lube to give me an oil change cause my light was on And my pressure light was on so I had all kind of Jiffy Lube so they can do it because mark 💡 is cold outside so I had came to Jiffy Lube in Asheville can they put air in my tire and can they put oil in my arm engine they put the oil in my engine didn’t ask didn’t ask me about my filter. None none of my fluids at all. They just put oil in my car like that’s not how Jiffy Lube supposed to roll like that’s wrong.

Still it took 15 minutes to start on my car and I finally left at 5:49. I called before I got in because cars that came after me were going in and the 3rd lane still didn’t move. The person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me when I asked if the door was ever going to open. I would never visit this location and will just stick to valvoline. The man said it was only 2 people working but why have the 3rd lane open when you only helping the first 2 lanes so people who got there after me were leaving wayyyyy before me. Even when I finally got inside a car came after me and still left before me
