I have a Benz out of warranty and this is the first time outside the dealership getting an oil change. One con they did not have my filters. Y’all need to work on that. However, It was convenient and they answered my questions to make sure they will use the right oil for my SUZ. They assured me and showed me the oil. Keep up the customer service guys!

Lastly they put the date I got my oil change on my sticker and not when I’m supposed to get another one. I guess the next place will tell me.

Who started at me when I pulled up for about 30 Secs before asking me “what can I do for you”? At the end of the interaction the fellow with the glasses who is about 6’3- 6’4 was extremely rude with condescending body language. I wasn’t able to get his name because he wouldn’t provide it. This place is unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.
